AGREEMENT BETWEEN USERS AND USA.DukesofDaisy.com

The USA.DukesofDaisy.com Web Site is comprised of various Web pages operated by DukesofDaisy.com.

The USA.DukesofDaisy.com Web Site is offered to you on condition of your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of the USA.DukesofDaisy.com Web Site constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.

It is agreed as follows:

“Client‘ ‘You’ or ‘Your‘ meaning, the client who is seeking to rent a friend from the website.

‘Friend‘ or ‘Friend to Rent‘ meaning, the hired / rented friend who is advertising their listing on our website (https://usa.dukesofdaisy.com)

‘We’ or ‘Dukes of Daisy‘ meaning, the operators of USA.DukesofDaisy.com

1. The Friend must at all times notify Dukes of Daisy of any changes to their contact details or any other information that would be required to keep our records relevant.

2. We agree not to sell or distribute your personal details with any third parties.

3. This agreement shall come into effect from the date of creating an account on our website which requires you to read and accept these terms in full. Your agreement to these terms as a Friend to rent or a Client shall continue until termination of your listing or your request to remove your details. Listing are automatically terminated after their advertising period ends. The advertising period begins from the day you pay to list your services on usa.dukesofdaisy.com until 3 months, 6 months or 12 months depending on which listing period has been selected at checkout. At the point of selecting an advertising package, you will be presented with the opportunity to read and agree to these terms again.

4. Dukes of Daisy have the right to amend the website at any time.

5. You/’Friend to rent’ agree that you will not, under any circumstances, bring Dukes of Daisy into disrepute and use the website in a method that it was not intended or attempt to access information from the website by unlawful or unauthorised means such as; manipulating the code i.e hacking, making use of account credentials that do not belong to you without prior consent of the owner.

5.1 You/’Friend to rent’ agree not to post illegal content or images; content/images that may be deemed illegal in your country/state/region. I.E promoting prostitution/sexual escorting in the USA is illegal and would therefore be a breach of this agreement. However, prostitution in the UK is legal and therefore if you reside in the UK this is acceptable.

6. Dukes of Daisy will promote your Rent-a-Friend listing to potential Clients through our website, who may or may not choose to contact you for bookings; on the basis that the bookings are strictly non-sexual.

7. After registration you may request that your details be removed from our database at any time and with immediate effect. Dukes of Daisy also retains the right to cancel your listing period with immediate effect should we deem it necessary as set out by the terms in this agreement. You can use the contact form or email us directly at at anytime to request termination of your listing. You can also login to the website, click on My Account and then select the option to delete your listing with us.

7.1 Scenarios where we might cancel your listing include but are not limited to; where a Friend is found to be selling sexual or otherwise illegal services, when a Friend is repeatedly non-contactable by Clients for requested bookings, where a Friend has repeated negative feedback from clients, when a Friend does not turn up for a pre-arranged booking with a Client.

8. Nothing in this agreement creates a partnership, or the relationship of employer and employee between the parties involved.

9. We at Dukes of Daisy stress that in no way shall we be responsible for any incident in any form whatsoever that may occur with a Friend, Client or both at anytime. Both the Friend and the Client are responsible for their own actions at all times before, during and after bookings. It is the responsibility of the Client to propose a safe place to meet the Friend, and it is the responsibility of the Friend to ensure the details proposed are indeed safe. Safe places include public coffee shops, restaurants, bars and other public spaces.

10. Dukes of Daisy does not guarantee the number and frequency of bookings, this will depend purely on demand and the appeal of the Friends listing to potential Clients.

11. Dukes of Daisy operate on a strict booking cancellation policy whereby Friends must receive notification of a cancellation at least 24 hours prior to the booking date. Additionally, if the Client cancels a booking within 24 hours, the deposit paid by the client to the Friend, is no longer refundable but maybe transferred to arrange another booking at the discretion of the Friend to rent.

12. Dukes of Daisy only promotes Friends for the purposes of platonic companionship only, we do not promote any kind of sexual services. The Friend to rent should under no circumstances offer, promote, or accept payment for any kind for sexual services.

13. Following payment of the chosen advertising package, the fee for your advertising package is non-refundable. if the Friend changes their mind at any point after the purchase is made, then no refund shall be given. You / the friend to rent agree to waive all rights to any refunds. Basic listings take between 1-24 hours for approval. Featured Listings are prioritised and usually go live within 1-12 hours. Under exceptional circumstances, this may take longer, in which case you will be offered an additional month at no extra cost.

14. Dukes of Daisy will notify the Friend of the expiration of their Advertising package. The Friend will then have the choice to re-purchase another listing period of 3, 6 or 12 months. We do not store your card details and will not take any payments automatically. It is up to the Friend to manual make these purchases.

MODIFICATION OF THESE TERMS OF USE

USA.DukesofDaisy.com reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which the USA.DukesofDaisy.com Web Site is offered, including but not limited to the charges associated with the use of the USA.DukesofDaisy.com Web Site.
