With an increase in public demand for no-strings, companionship – DukesofDaisy.com have seen a drastic increase in inquiries from people asking the simple question:

“How do I become a Friend for Rent on your site”

With the release of our brand new ‘automated’ sign up procedure designed specially for our US based companions and clients… We’ve decided to write this simple 5 step guide on how to get started as a companion on our site.

Step 1:

From our USA home page https://usa.dukesofdaisy.com/ simply click or tap the ‘add listing’ pink button in the top right hand corner of the website. If you are using a smart phone the icon looks like this:

Or if you are using a PC, Laptop or iPad then the button will display in it’s full glorious size as below;

Once you have completed the above, you will then be prompted to login to the site. If you don’t have an account – don’t worry – registering is FREE and takes just 15 seconds.

Step 2:

If you have an account with us already go ahead and sign in by typing in your username and password (hint: the username can be your email address).

If you are unlucky enough not to have a FREE account with us – simply click the ‘Register’ text beneath the ‘Sign In’ button as shown in the image just above step 2. You will then be asked to enter your E-mail address and a suitable password. Read the terms and conditions before agreeing to them, then simply tick the box to agree to them and click/tap ‘Register’.

Step 3:

We are passed the halfway mark and nearing to the finish line at this point. You now need to select which category you would like your Rent-a-Friend post to go in. There are 2 to choose from; Female Friend or Male Friend (you can still apply an appropriate gender on the next page).

Step 4:

This step is all about you… Here you can upload your pictures (optional) and give your advert a meaningful title to help people find their way to your advert easily. For example if you live in Baltimore, you might think about what someone looking for a companion in Baltimore would type into a search engine. Here are some prime examples that work well as advert titles;

• Rent-a-Friend in Bel Air
• Rent Jason in New York
• Rent a friend in LA
• Dinner dates with Diana in Chicago

The above are all really good examples of easy titles that will help you get found by potential clients quickly! Put your own twist on it and make it personal so you stand out from the crowd.

The rest of the form involves a description, types of activities you are available for, your availability, your cell phone number and most importantly how much it costs to rent a date with you. Take your time to fill out every section of the form. The more details you can add, the more likely the client will book you over another companion!

HINT: If you don’t want to include your telephone number you can simply enter 0000000. We have a built in messaging system that allows potential clients to contact you via the website.

Step 5:

OK, so you’ve completed all the juicy details that potential clients seeking to rent a friend would want to read about and you are finally ready to post your advert. Hooray!!

Right at the bottom of the page is the ‘Submit’ button – click or tap this button to upload your advert and then proceed to the payment page.

On the payment page you can post your Rent-a-Friend advert from as little as $80 for 6 months that works out to just $13.30 a month. This option is the lowest amount and works really well for beginners. Your listing needs to be up for a good amount of time so that the right clients get to see it and contact you for a booking.

If you have never done any kind of professional Friend-for-Rent before, then it is highly recommended to take the 12 month option at the very least. That way it gives you time to get a feel for what potential clients respond to and change things up on your listing from month to month over a reasonable period of time.

INFO: In a 30 day period our USA site gets an average of 42,000 page views from across all states at the time of writing this blog. This number is increasing every week, which means companions on our site are seeing an increase in exposure to potential clients.
